Magnesium supplements seem to help a lot of people. Here is one article I found doing a quick google search but there are tones of them. Magnesium & Migraine | The Daily Headache I also remember reading that evening primrose oil looks promising but don't remember the details.

I had migraines about 6 or 7 times a year when I was younger. At the time I was given Tylenol 3 which worked in so far as they knocked me out until it passed. They were horrible though, crazy vision, wicked vomiting, the works. My cure was child birth. My daughter is 14 and I have not had one migraine since I became pregnant with her. Weird, huh? She's was getting them herself, hence my magnesium research, but hasn't had one in a long time. If they start back I'm going to try magnesium. Good luck- I know they suck!
