It does take time to adjust, but I was able to do it in a few weeks. The trick is not moving your head, rather your eyes. I actually found it most difficult to do things such as go to the movies. I'm so used to looking through the lower part of the lense for computer/reading, that looking toward the top to watch a movie was hard for me!!!! Driving can still be tricky, cause it's top for the road, bottom for the guages.
