Your dog sounds well adjusted and balanced to be able to be left with someone else without her freaking out.
It's kinda strange you would want your dog to whimper for you honestly. I don't think that whimpering for you is a sign of her love for you or attachment to you.
It just would mean you have an anxious, neurotic dog?
Not saying that all dogs that whimper for their owners are neurotic lol just saying that just cuz she doesn't cry for you or seem to miss you doesn't mean she doesn't!
I bet she does miss you
Don't wish for her to cry for you .. that wouldn't be so great would it?
