Have you had a fecal test done and bloodwork? That would be my first thought.
If the vet thinks it's IBS or something, then it really becomes a matter of finding out if your dog is sensitive to certain ingredients. What is she eating now?
Did she ever have giardia, that you know of, as a pup (which can damage the sm. intestine, in puppies)?
