I am so sorry for your losses! Just some FYI .. I would say that her due date was much earlier, no doubt they could have been a few days early but they can be very small because of there being so many! You wouldn't have had been able to save any babies at 18 days early. At 7 days early they have little if any hair, and their digestive tract can't handle milk.
