I had this happen to Baili a while ago. She actually had the little bumps from there bites around her eye. We went to the vet and they told me to give her 1/2 of a Children's benadryl tablet 2-3 times a day, for a couple days. It might make her a bit sleep but will keep the itching down and they bites would heal faster. Hope this helps
