Judy if y'all can the wilton class do it...you will LOVE it. I want to go to their school SO bad, can't afford it or leve the kids to do it. I can pipe and star tip...sometimes it looks GREAT sometimes I wouldn't even let my Mama see it! Once you get your tip collection that will help with cost. Get a recipe for your own frosting and make a bunch, firmer for what you will decorate with. I worked in a bakery, but they never trained me for anything other than shell borders and streamers
but, they would grap wax paper to use or plastic bags and cut it for the cupling and tip at the bottom.
