I guess I understand about the licensing, and I like the idea of a things being cheaper if an animal is fixed. But in the county where I live we are only required to get rabies vaccinations and I don't see them lowering that price any.
Wrenee4, I am going to copy everything you said and share that with them. One of these people is wanting to do it for the money but I don't know about the other one. I suspect that she just wants the experience. You can tell she loves her little one just buy the way she talks about her.
I know I look at Adie sometimes and think about how cute her puppies would be if she had some, (She is spayed) but then I also think about what a rotten mother the spoiled little brat would be LOL. |
