I am my Shelby rae's ears never stood up either we bought her at a pet store (before i knew about them) and I didn't know anything about yorkies just that she was adorable...one of her ears will stand up some and the other flops down unless she puts them up on purpose...It is her personality and I love them the way they are..I tell her all the time that she is the ambassador for yorkies because all my friends want yorkies because of her..lol
