It's cute, cute, cute. And I know you aren't planning on hooking a leash to it, because you've already researched harnesses. I bet, since its a cat collar it has the bonus of a break-away clasp.
Our shihtzu who passed several years ago, never topped 6 lbs. She wore a cat collar most of her life.
