None of my babies are caged. They do have their own room though (it used to be my bedroom but I took the smaller one with the view of the house next door). Works well though cause I spend more time in their room than I ever did when it was my bedroom! I don't know why this lady doesn't want her Yorkie anymore. I know she has 2 other dogs but that's about it. All my Cockatiels came from unwanted homes too.
