My oldest is 12 yrs. old and I hope to have her for at least another 6 yrs....hopefully more. I'm doing my best to keep her healthy. She'll be having eye surgery this summer to help her stay on track. I also question some of the info that pet supply store owners give. I was in a pet supply store in Wichita and a customer was there wanting to know how to get her two Morkies to not pull on their leashes. The owner brings out two leashes with chains to go around the neck. I got behind some merchandise and got the owners attention and did the throat cut signal, shaking my head. Then told them that I was partial to no-choke harnesses. As I was leaving I noticed the Morkie owner was buying two no-choke harnesses. Why would you put choke chains around tiny necks?
