Very interesting.... I wonder how much it will cost us to travel with our pets in the years to come, especially considering the fact that the economy will take a long while to recover?
I don't agree with the author though, when they say:
"Still, this may be one of those rare times when I agree with the airlines. If dogs and cats belonged at 36,000 feet, they would have wings."
If this is the case, than we — people — shouldn't use air travel either.
