Figured Yodi might try something other than what we're known for up here (Sockeye Salmon), so we got her a lightly seared dish of
Yellowtail/Amberjack fish. It is served in the tastiest Edamame (Soy Bean) puree ever. I actually prefer this over chick pea puree commonly used in other cuisines. It's "lighter" perfectly sweet and just overall a lot more refreshing and tasty.

Yodi didn't get a chance to lick the plate as I cleaned it off perfectly well beforehand.
So with that, our visit with Yodi came to a halt.
What's left is the tearful farewell!
