 FYI on Juicy Carrier
I bought the Juicy carrier a few months ago for Laila. She sits in it just fine, and I love having the compartment for my 'personal' things - however... the top is very frustrating and uncomfortable. It only has a zipper, and it is uncomfortable for her to poke her little head out w/out me holding or propping the flap. The zipper is tough too, so I don't like her head right next to it for fear she will cut herself. I have since decided to only by 'open top' carriers. They are more comfortable for her. JMO. For everyday use I think the open top is more suitable. At the mall... Laila is always wanting to poke out so people can see her and go 'ohhh and ahhh.'
