I totally agree that it is out of control. Maybe you don't like the reason someone is rehoming there dog, but whatever the reason it's not right to bash them. What really matters is that the dog finds a good home. I feel that we should all try our best to insure it gets a good home, otherwise it may land up in the paper, or worse in the pound. JMO
