I have the same problem with our new little german shepard mix. As soon as he drinks, and he drinks a lot he pees all over. It's so frustating. He's really a good dog, but this makes me crazy. I took him to the vet, and he told me to limit his intake of water to once every two hours. It seems to have helped somewhat, but I feel bad making my others wait that long before getting a drink. I always thought you were suppose to leave water out for them all the time. Now I take it up for the night about 7 pm. That's stopped all his peeing throughout the night. I hope nothings wrong with your baby. Maybe try what I did, and see if it works.
