While I agree that in a perfect world no one would ever rehome and I can understand those sentiments, we need to put the dogs first, especially in that forum.

I second that! Regardless of circumstances surrounding re-homing, if the poster wants to re-home, the little one will be better off. They can sense negative feelings and they deserve to be in a loving home where they
are wanted. We should be there to help.
