Welcome back ~ for my 2 pups - they have to have their teeth cleaned annually. Lucy is going on the 18th herself. I am going to a new vet this time & feel comfortable with their process & thoroughness (last vet didn't seem to do a good job at all). I brush their teeth, but need to do it more often.
Even if their teeth are white, tarter can form under the gum line. If you are comfortable with your vet, the cleaning should be alright.
Since your pup had his teeth cleaned in 2006, what food are you feeding him that his teeth are still white?? lol
