My yorkie, Twinkle, came from standard-sized (pure yorkie) parents but is 12lb now at almost a year old.....she's a spayed family pet, and is the perfect size for our family. My other yorkie, Wicket, is 3lb at four months so I he's going to be a big boy too!
I thin everyone will agree that yorkies are adorable whether big or small, and unless you want to breed or show, size really doesn't matter
