I think we're dealing with a troller. You know, someone who registers on a forum and then sees how much trouble they can cause. I've seen it with the antique outboard forum, the wooden boat forum, even the garden equipment forum. If there's a vet out there who would deliberately take a dogs legs off so they can have a set of hot wheels, they should be in a horror movie. I mean, come on!
