 how to cope?
I dont know who to talk to about this ,I hope this is the right place.I adopted my minature yorkie ,Minnie last year ,we were told she was 17 when we got her altho our vet suggests she cud be 14 years ,only!She has one tooth left and artiritis. She is the love of my life though,she goes everywhere with me , she sleeps in my bedroom and wakes me up at 5am for her breakfast every morning ,I dont even mind Im that besotted with her ! Even on the days she is ill or off form I drag my matress onto the floor so she can sleep beside me ( the bed is to high and I cant bring her up incase she falls off) . I dont travel to far incase she needs me ,I know I sound crazy but I absolutly adore her!
The thing is latly I have realised that her days will be comin to an end soon and eventhough I cherish every single second with her I find myself in floods of tears at the thought of ever loosing her . Is there anybody else out there with old yorkie and how do ye cope with the prospect of loosing them ?.
