You all know I have been having some problems with Kikki. Alot of food aggression an attacking Libby my Maltese. I finally decided to hire a trainer an behavior specialist. She was doing good an then this! The trainer lives just 15 miles from me so Kikki stayed there alot for her training. The trainer said she had a really bad Aggression problem an needed to learn the authority that she wasn't the pack leader. She had bit me twice and a friend that visited me two weeks ago. She gets all excited when someone comes an has to be the one with all the attention. I had to put her in the crate if anyone came to the house. I just don't know what to do.. The trainer said she is willing to work with her more intensely an try to get her to be nicer.. I just feel awful about her little girl Suzy. I can't stop crying an just don't know what to do. I called the breeder an she still denies that its any problem at her end. She said its the enviroment that she was brought up in an she never had any problems with the dam or the other siblings of Kikki.. so Any suggestions? still crying here an stressed.. this is all I need.. I have had sooo many health problems an trying to avoid the stress..but now.. I can't avoid it. Please Pray for me an Kikki an The trainer to be able to train Kikki an get her to be an nice little Girl.
Thanks for hearing me out..
Oh wow ~ I am so sorry you are going through this.. How horrible that she would attack and kill another. I don't have any experience with this.. but from what hubby says, you do have to teach her that she is not the dominant one. It is very nice to hear that the trainer is willing to continue working with her... that says a lot about her! Sending you nice warm hugs!
