 need, want, have to have a sweet female Yorkie
Thank you for the warm welcome! Yorkie owners must be very kindhearted, because everyone has been so nice. My only question is... how can I find a reputable Yorkie breeder in my area? I've looked on the AKC website and contacted several people, but no one is in my area. I live near Fresno, CA, and really want to buy from someone in my area so I can see where they live and visit the mom and dad. I have also been on the Yorkshire Club of America (I think that's what it is) site and have struck out there also. I just want to do it right and be patient to make sure I purchase a healthy puppy, and I don't want to support any type of puppymill. If you, or anyone else, knows of someone in my area, I would appreciate any information. There are several Yorkie puppies listed in my area, but I would rather buy from someone who has dealt with the breeder before, so I know exactly what I am purchasing. Thank you for your help!
