Just a quick question: Does anyone know if it's required to carry a letter from a physician stating that it is okay for someone with a condition to travel? I thought that if I was traveling with my dog, then she was the one who required the letter, stating she was a service/ therapy animal and that was it. But this last time, Mexicana wanted me to have a letter from my physician stating that I was okay to travel. Their website is so confusing. But does anyone know if this is usually required of people traveling with service animals? Thanks for the help.
