Your is perfect, and it's 75x75. The other size you must meet is KB, that translates roughly to how many pictures are in the file times its physical dimensions. You have 42 different frames in your avatar and your overall file size is 81.1 KB, and you are allowed no more than 20 KB. So you just have too many pictures. The special effects you have in your pictures with the pink frames added too many frames. When an avatar is over size limits, it is resized, and loses the moving capabilities. They are strict on this and just one tenth of a KB over, and it won't work.
