While your breeders statement may be true of byb and mill yorkies, if you're purchasing from a respected exhibitor/breeder chances are much less likely you'll get a yorkie with health problems. Also, the exhibitor/breeder will stand behind their puppies with a good health guarantee, which you're not likely to get from the average byb and most certainly not from the mill dogs breeder.
