He sure does sound like a Yorkie Him pee'ing on the other dogs is like him telling them he owns them.. he is marking them. I've had different large breed dogs my whole life and they all played fetch, my yorkie however is a different story. She really doesn't play with toys much at all let alone interactively like that, she would much rather hang out on my lap and have me pet her. As far as him crying, he is probably just trying to get more attention from you, how old is he?
