You would think the vet would have found this when he did the initial puppy check. I know many people told you not to use a collar on you puppy, to use a harness instead, collars can cause collapsed trachea, and that's why people were warning you to not use a collar, even for a little bit. Remember there is a difference between the words "normal" and "common", collapse trachea is common in small breeds, but it isn't normal. At one point in your other thread, you implied the vet was the breeder, is this true?
