Perhaps Munchie 1 had kennel cough too if that is the case it is very very contagious and air borne which is likely how Munchie 2 caught it, but it is my no means a reason to return a dog nor keep them over night But it is also NOT NORMAL and does require antibiotics.. please find another vet and get Munchie an antibiotic , the cough goes away in time with the perscription...
yes guys the vet said this was a normal thing for small dogs to have!
