Bully sticks shouldn't make the dog get diarrhea, if that happens take it away, for good! All chewing sticks say to only give under supervision because they all can cause a choking hazard. Some dogs that are gulpers, and don't really chew their food, and have been known to choke on bully sticks, rawhides, and greenies. So all chew sticks should be used with supervision. Bully sticks, unlike rawhides and greenies, are 100% digestible, however, so they won't cause an intestinal obstruction, since Greenies and rawhides are not 100% digestible, it is possible for them to cause an intestinal obstruction, especially in smaller dogs.
