I have seen puppies outgrow the inguinal hernias. It is something you definitely want to keep an eye on. How big are the hernias? The post important thing to watch for on a dog with a hernia is constipation. If the dog is straining to poop it can make the hernia worse. Personally I would wait before having her spayed. I might even get a second opinion. Best of luck with her.
