I don't like my pups eating anything that I (or DH) don't give them myself. I don't want them to look at other people for treats/food. Your neighbors might be fine, but if a stranger has a chance to trick your pup to go with them with/for food.....that wouldn't be good.
Maybe try to block the pups from getting by that part of the fence, barking at the neighbor. I have started using a small can with a chain in it - shaking it to break the barking fits. Slowly it is working. |
