he barks and snaps at people because he was never proparly socialized at 5 years old his behaviuor is most llkely to late to be changed now sh emay be able to find someone older and sinle or an older couple with no kids or other pets who may take himbut highly unlikely i would also be careful around the small kids in the paartment though about him snapping biting them also i wouldnt like a dog constantly barking if i lived in apartmets poor dog and the owner also probably
