Our Yorkie barks like crazy at any neighbor that comes near our back fence. That is her yard, her fence and so is everything around it! One neighbor came to the fence and asked if he could give her treats to try and make friends with her. I at first said yes, but she's a rescue and doesn't eat milkbones, just certain things. Then I thought maybe it's not a good idea. What if someone gave her something that could make her sick or kill her? None of my neighbors would do that I don't think but someone who hates her barking might. So I didn't give the guy any treats to hand out. Am I worrying to much? Should I give him treats to give her? Hubby doesn't think she'll let him get close enough to her to take a treat anyway.
