The vet said to walk him more and give him a supplement, both of which turned out to help him.
My Bently is only 1 year old and from what I've read this effects small dogs of any age.

Grade 2 is most likely caused by jumping....grade 3 and above at an early age is probably in genetic.
Your right, toy dogs are prone to LP.
