I have also set back and not said much on this post because it went from Show or pet to sizes. About the sizes I have some of all sizes. I am a breeder but the small female I breed is 4lbs. I do have a 1lb female that was a puppy off of my largest female (7lbs) Many of you may remember reading about keylee. She will be a year old july 1st. She is under 1.5lbs. I would never breed her!!! But with that said that I have full grown yorkies and maltese from 1lb up to 7lbs. I see pictures every day on the net and they will say their dog is 1lb, 2lbs or 3lbs and they look no where the size of my Ace which is 2.10lbs stud or Keylee. They look more like Maggie which is about 4.5 lbs. I am not sure if they just lie about the size of their dogs to bring the price up, or if their scales are off. Maybe my scales are off. I would not think so. I think some breeders just misrepresent there dogs sizes. More likely they are breeding 4lbs dogs and calling them 2lbs. At least that is what I have saw. But knowing how some people are and they don't think of the health of their dogs, this is why I kept Keylee. I would not ever trust anyone with my little baby. And I will say for any of you that thinks you may want a 1 or 2 lbs grown dog, it is like having a newborn all the time. You can not leave them more than a few hours. You could never work or go to school for 8 hours with a 1lb yorkie at home. If anyone has the web sites of some that are breeding the 1-3 lbs yorkies please send it to me. I would love to see if they have the pictures of their adult on their site. (most don't)

Something else to think about. My vet told be that he has had other vet friends call him and say that some breeders are also lieing about the Birthdays of the puppies. People thinks they are getting a small 10 week old puppy and it is really 5-6 weeks old. (so you really are not getting the t-tiny puppy you thought you was getting. ) Just to let you know this is going on out there to push the price up for small puppies up, & they are not even the tiny ones anyway. Just alot to think about. the best size is 4-7lbs !!
