Try adding Omega 3 Fish Oil to your pup's diet. i just started it a couple of days ago as per suggestion in another thread, and Lulu's coat seems shinier already!!!!!
Also, in terms of shampoo, conditioner and de-tangling spray I LOVE the
Coat Handler brand. It's a high quality brand, and the de-tangling spray doesn't contain oil or silicon (a lot of other brands do). Smalls good too
