Scooter does lots of the stuff everyone has mentioned here. He will rub his body on my face (and hubby's too), he also does this to the other two dogs. I think it's a combination of "I love you & you're mine!". Scooter is the dominant one out of the three. He also gets us in the nostril, like "routo-rooter". In the morning he will try to wake me up by putting his nose in my hand, licking my face and if those don't work he will sit on my chest and paw at my lips. If he wants to play he'll bring a toy and scratch my hand, he does this too if he wants to be petted. He's such a funny lttle guy!
