not sure what program you have but if you go up to your toolbar you should be able to find something that says resize photo's. Make them smaller then try it. I have a few dif programs, but for quick stuff I open the pics with Microsoft office picture manager. Just go up top to where it says picture, then scroll down to resize and choose your size.
