Me being on a military post, for some reason, people get MORE stupid and MORE irresponsible. They do They do!! Have small dog parks I mean, in some places.
Did they not leave the muzzle on? I think if they did atleast they took that precaution. They should of started small thou, you know maybe they were trying to train him/her. Exposing him/her to other dogs? Like on "its me or the dog" I LOVE THAT SHOW and all her training tips work. But for them not to take the blame IS RIDICULOUS.
