I agree with the 1/2 dose. Plus it lasts longer. I prefer using Advantage/Advantage Multi/K9 Advantix. One of those. They are all GREAT!!! Frontline never fully worked for me. Another piece of advice is to put a tiny bit of the flea preventative on the base of his/her tail as well as the usual back of the neck. Give her a chewy to chew on so she doesn't lick her butt.
