Milk chocolate isn't as deadly as the dark chocolate. I don't know how much he had, I would call your vet if you have a 24 hour vet(meaning they're on call.) My sister in laws shih a poo ate a box of chocolates one time, and she got him in to the vets. He had diarrhea real bad, but made it through.
