i just finished placing a litter and i had a ton of that
one woman offered me 100.00 and i explained that, that was a severe insult..that if she wanted a expensive breed then she need to be prepared and to save.
i simply replied no, i didnt even bother explaining to most...i even placed my ad with firm on the price the first time, the second time i put firm and please do not ask me to lower my prices, that i have already reduced them for the current economic status, that i put a lot of time, money and effort in to my pups . once i put that it really slowed down..lol
the first couple of time i was like wow, these people are crazy, after that it just got ridiculous. one lady called and offered me 400.00..i told her no i wasnt coming off 400.00 (for a female no less) she whines and says but someone else in your area on the same website is advertising them for 400.00 i said "wow really, you better call them before they are sold, can i have the number too??" (no ad i looked...lol) and finially she gave up.
