I have Trupanion. They don't cover routine wellness visits, vaccines or routine dental cleanings, but they do a very nice job with illnesses and injuries, and they cover congenital issues (many of the companies out there will not cover congenital issues at all, and since many of the most devastating illnesses yorkies can face fall into that category, I think it isn't even worth having a plan that doesn't cover those!)
