This is the first I have heard of this Breeder...Today. I have one in my area that is even more notorious than this one. And yes the Sheriff has been called and its all on record. This is what you need to do. I dont go out searching for bad breeders unless one pops up and then I listen to both sides before making my call. Good Luck to you and Welcome to YT.
