It may hurt a little...but not bad. It seems when the needles are in a problem area, they may burn a little when they turn them. As far as poking the needles in, she does it so quickly that I hardly notice that.

they TURN them??? ahh maybe i shouldn't ask so many questions- just go and close my eyes.... and i'm sure if it hurts TOO bad he will stop- it is also my chiropractor.....
sinus infections eh? I get those horribly- and antibiotics mess with my heart- i should try the acupuncture next time.... and maybe the sinus infections i get are some how linked to my migraines... hmmmm... something to think about
