That just breaks my heart, so many of us just don't want to think of the realities of this, I think if we really knew went on, we couldn't handle it. I hope this is a good reminder to never buy your dog through a pet store, and don't buy them over the Internet either. So many sites are brokers pretending to be breeders. Unless you see for yourself, the conditions in which the dogs are being raised, you are condoning the suffering of millions of dogs in puppy mills. I'm so glad that little Lolita finally found a good home, and her suffering is over. |
