i believe she should be reported also. she may also need some type of psychological help. i know it's not the puppies fault and not your place but hopefully someone can find a decent home for all those poor babies.
where is she located? does she adv online? i'm so sad for those animals. and i bet they arent' the only "pets" she has... |
