thank you all. I am whooped tonight. no sleep last night and probably none tonight either. the only one that i had to actually help pull was the second one. it was the biggest. I felt so bad for her but she did a wonderful job. this is it for me. no more. i shook so bad i had to have the neighbor tie a couple of the cords. she is such a good mommy. she took over and did most of it for me. LOL. You all were right when you said the motherly instinct would kick in. it did. and she just knew what to do. my husband picked one up and she noticed one was missing. she started searching for it right away. she can count.
tomorrow to the vet.
I am so proud.... we did it... but I don't want to do it again. my nerves are frazzled and my back is killing me from laying all night in that whelping pen.
